To qualify for a refund, both of the following must be true:
- Within 14 days of purchase. The refund request must be made within 14 calendar days of the original transaction date.
- Less than 25% of the program completed. Course progress must remain under 25% of the total digital product or online training program material at the time of the refund request.
- Not eligible: requests made after 14 days, or where program completion exceeds 25%.

Refund is processed
Once approved, the refund is processed back to the original payment method (minus merchant fees — see below).
A note on merchant fees
This is standard for any business that accepts card payments through a third-party processor (Stripe, in our case). The processing fee is typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, and we cannot recover it once the original transaction has cleared.
Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations stop future billing immediately. Cancellations made after 14 days of service will not qualify for a refund — they only stop further charges.
