No-questions-asked, 100% money-back guarantee on all digital products and online training programs. If you’re not satisfied within the first 14 days, we’ll refund your purchase.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, both of the following must be true:

  • Within 14 days of purchase. The refund request must be made within 14 calendar days of the original transaction date.
  • Less than 25% of the program completed. Course progress must remain under 25% of the total digital product or online training program material at the time of the refund request.
  • Not eligible: requests made after 14 days, or where program completion exceeds 25%.

We confirm the request is within the 14-day window and program progress is under 25%.

Refund is processed

Once approved, the refund is processed back to the original payment method (minus merchant fees — see below).

A note on merchant fees

Important The refund will be issued minus the fees our merchant account charges us for processing your payment. Those fees are not returned to us when a refund is made.

This is standard for any business that accepts card payments through a third-party processor (Stripe, in our case). The processing fee is typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, and we cannot recover it once the original transaction has cleared.

Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations stop future billing immediately. Cancellations made after 14 days of service will not qualify for a refund — they only stop further charges.
